Calderdale Terraces is a 3-storey terraced house in the attractive town of Hebden Bridge, situated on a quiet, traditional cobbled Yorkshire street.

Kitchen

On the ground floor there is a modern fitted kitchen with all appliances, including gas cooking range, double electric oven, microwave, stacked fridge freezer, dishwasher, vented extraction hood. Breakfast bar with bar stools.

Adjoining the kitchen there is also a small washroom with toilet and hand basin and washer/dryer for your laundry requirements.

Living Room

Also on the ground floor is the living room, which has Flat Screen TV, Blue Ray Player, with Free SKY TV, a gas fired remote controlled stove, with stone fire place surround, new hard wood flooring, leather furnishings and power reclining chair.

Bedroom 1

On the first floor there are two bedrooms, the first of which is a double room with a king-size pillow top bed complete with new bedroom furniture.

Bedroom 2

On the same floor there is a second bedroom with a single bed (suitable for a single adult). It also has a pull-out trundle bed that would allow the room to used by two small children "at a pinch".

First-Floor Bathroom

The two bedrooms on the first floor share an attractive bathroom that has a toilet, hand basin, bath and shower.

Penthouse Suite

On the second floor the upper storey of the house has been converted into an impressive attic penthouse. It is a self-contained suite comprising a large bedroom with en-suite bathroom.

The bedroom has a king size slay bed with pillow top mattress, bedside tables, chest of draws, and desk. The bathroom contains a large shower stall, hand basin and toilet.

Further Details

The house has a wireless phone system allowing calls to UK local land lines free of charge. Any other calls will be charged at cost plus a handling fee.

WiFi (via Talk Talk) is available in the house.

A WiFi printer is also available in the Attic Penthouse.

All bed linen and bath and hand towels included, all kitchen ware, utensils, dishware, flatware etc (too much to list).

On-street permit parking with up to two permits supplied. (If the parking permits are not returned upon departure a £50 replacement fee will be charged.)

This is a strictly no smoking residence .

This is maintained and fitted out as our "Home away from Home" with condiments and household items that you may find in any home. All our guests are welcome use what is available and are asked only to replace any items that are totally used. The home will have a stock of tea, sugar, instant coffee, milk and other items for your arrival.
